Weak Zippers & insubordinate quality

Although, I love Tumi these items are not built with the same quality as they used to be. not as sturdy, weak handles, wheels not that great, and zippers keep coming off, and in this case they break off. They are like a plastic type of material made to look like metal, and are only held in place with a little tab of material. The way the zippers are constructed I'm sure there will be problems for years to come even after the warranty.

My go to pieces for travel!

I have used Tumi luggage for almost 25 years, and have always found the luggage, briefcase, backpacks, really all items to be my go to for travel, and I travel quite a bit. This piece is lovely, light and and matches an existing piece. Nice job Tumi!

The wheels tilt to the right. I packed it different way hoping it’ll work since I loved the light way material but it was impossible to make it work. Accident waiting to happen
