WRONG FRAGRANCE SENT - poor customer service

I was sent the wrong fragrance and opened the box without reading the label. When I smelled it, it was different: upon viewing the box and bottle I see that this is not what I ordered. At $300 per bottle this should never have happened.

Something is Off

There is something not quite right with this fragrance. I own many TF fragrances however this one does not live up to my expectation. The smell disappears moments after it is applied. I will be returning.
