Not bad but not great

Looks like the watch had been returned. Was out of place and with the band already opened. Since I was looking for this specific model for a while I decided not to return it.

Terrible!

They shipped a red banded watch the first time. (I had ordered black.). The second time I received a watch in a Tissot box that had no papers with it at all. No warranty, no instructions nor did it have the protective plastic on the face of the watch or tags attached. I am so disappointed with Bloomingdale’s. It was to be given to my husband for his birthday. Customer service reps were friendly; too bad they aren’t the ones actually shipping the product!
