I recently purchased the Seiko Men's Solar Analog-Digital Prospex Diver's Watch (47.8mm), and I couldn’t be happier. This is a modern take on the legendary “Arnie” watch famously worn by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Predator and Commando—and it absolutely lives up to the legacy. The design is bold and rugged, yet refined. It’s large enough to make a statement, but not so oversized that it feels gaudy or uncomfortable. The combination of analog and digital features is incredibly useful and adds to its versatility, whether you're using it for everyday wear or outdoor adventures. The solar-powered movement is a great touch—no battery changes needed—and the black silicone strap is both durable and comfortable. It truly feels like a watch built for action, but with enough style to wear anywhere. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates iconic design, reliable performance, and a watch that stands out for all the right reasons.

Watch great, Bloomingdales not so much.
The rating is for Bloomingdales not the watch. There was a sale for the Prospex, a good price. I order and excitedly await shipment. A parcel arrives, but its not my watch, its some other watch. The only way to swap it for the Prospex is to refund, return then buy again. Well guess what, sales over. Now they want 125$ more that what I originally paid. No thanks! Bad business Bloomingdales. So ban I'm never considering shopping with you again.

This pro diver will get you to the chopper
I’ve been hemming and hawing on a proper diver’s watch for some time. In a sea of Submariner and Seamaster clones, Seiko came through with something different — a contemporary but retro update of the venerable “Arnie” model from the 1980s. Incorporating their now tried and true Solar technology allows them to keep the original’s quartz proportions — this is a serious, monster of a watch that somehow wears smaller than it is — without the worry or waste of changing batteries. This is the ultimate “set it and forget it” watch, and there’s a lot to set! Day-date with perpetual calendar, second time zone, stopwatch, backlight; the digital display is a retro-futuristic, feature-rich wonder. Seiko LumiBright, applied to all three hands and the diver’s indices, is strong and bright. The 60-click, unidirectional rotating bezel feels (and sounds) satisfying to manipulate, as do the chunky, screw-down buttons and crown. The long (meant to fit over a wetsuit) rubber strap is soft and comfortable, and the big steel cheese grater of a keeper is controversial among fans, but I find it rugged and handsome, befitting of the nickname. I love the piece in the classic straight black contrasting with steel and white, with a slight pop of orange in the “DIVER’S 200m” script. I would not hesitate to recommend the SNJ025 to anyone looking for something a little different in a pro diver; especially at the great price Bloomingdale’s is offering! Service was great; the piece arrived ahead of schedule.

So so watch
No question that the picture has been enhanced a lot, the real watch the blue color is barely noticeable. The display is very tiny, if your eyes are weak, good luck. One the button(top left) is very HARD to operate. I guess what you pay is what you get. The band or strap is very nice, very soft. The watch looks sporty, no that bad I will say, but not enough to my style.
