Beware if you have to return!

Cute shoes but had to return. These are sold through a 3rd party vendor, so even though I returned to the store they had to ship it back to the vendor. I have been waiting for one month to get my refund and still nothing. I have called Bloomingdales several times to correct the situation, and every time I have gotten false dates for when my refund would be processed. Not the level of customer service Bloomingdales usually provides, so very disappointed. Bottom line: these plain black sandals are in no way worth the hassle.

Chic and yet fall short

Chic and yet a fail they are Beautiful narrow and short. They are rigid with zero give. I’m typically a 8.5-9 and I sized up to a 39.5 (9.5) and my foot is barely inside the footbed. If my foot swole a little bit I would be able to get in the shoe. Comfort is just not there
