Disappointing experience/flawed item

Received a flawed/damaged item. Sent several emails and contacted customer service for a replacement, no sense of urgency from customer service or the third party seller.

Don’t purchase item here!

After receiving the item I didn’t feel like the bag was worth the price, although it’s a beautiful bag. Make sure you want the bag before purchasing off Bloomingdale’s as it’s considered a third party item. I’ve never waited so long for a refund! Customer service reps could care less. Buyer beware shop this bag elsewhere unless your 1000% sure
