Too Low Cut for Average or Shorter Person

Cute dress. As usual, Rails disappoints by overpricing its items and not offering petite sizing. Styles are nice but offer no options for shorter women. Sending it back. Don’t purchase unless you like to show cleavage or have a smaller chest. I’m 34B.
