Sizing of foot does not match size of neck

These boots are beautiful, however the opening at the neck is far too small and tight which makes it almost impossible to get on. It is also very stiff on the back of the heel. The foot part itself seems to match the size, but if you can't get your foot inside with hurting yourself what is the point? You also can't put on a pair of socks with them since that makes them hopeless to wear. What a shame

Won’t be disappointed
