Too big and too small at the same time!

This dress is made of beautiful, airy fabric, I just wish they had used that fabric to make a different dress. The dress consists of two layers, a slip underneath and the dress you actually see on top. The problem is that the layers are two completely different sizes. The slip barely fit over my chest and therefore bunched oddly, while the top layer was HUGE, and very low cut. I am confused and diappointed. Back it goes!
