Horrible quality and fit!!

I received these shoes and was very disappointed. The leather was so stiff and the fit was off. I had to check to see if it was the size I ordered. I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. I ordered the same pair last year in red and they are beautiful, fit well, and the leather is so supple. When I saw them in black I was so excited and ordered them. I am so disappointed, I have several pairs of Jeffrey Campbell shoes and boots and they are all top quality and fit well. Needless to say I had to send these sandals back.
