Good set at a good value
This is a really good set of pans which I bought on sale so overall a good value. I bought these as a complement to a high-end stainless steel set and truth be told, I prefer these because they’re much easier to cook with. I’ve been putting them through their paces after carefully following the instructions included. I’ve been cooking eggs and various other things that typically can stick, but so far the nonstick feature has been performing quite well. The only downside I have seen so far is when I cooked pasta sauce in it and it absorbed some of the red color from the tomato sauce (still red after washing).

Great overall cookware!
We have been reviewing various brands and styles for a couple months and Viking was on the list, but nothing was really pushing us to buy these. But when we went into the store (local kitchen retailer) and put out hands on them we were convinced! Sometimes you just need to FEEL them - the handles are comfortable, the construction is heavy and solid, and you can tell the finish (ceramic) is not going to wear over time. The *only thing I wish it had was a lid that fit the large fry pan (though the lids for the Dutch oven and large sauté pan are interchangeable). I've cooked with them for a week now and everything is great!

Love this set.
I bought this set about 2 weeks ago and just love the set. It handles beautifully (non-stick (with or without adding any fat to the pan)), easy to clean. It also looks great.

By far best cookware aet
Having tested various non-stick cookware overall unhappy with results especially ceramic cookware being on the thin and flimsy side eventually is stick-ware. All this changed with the Viking ProGlide cookware set. Puts a good sear on proteins yet non-stick. I can’t wait for future cookware like woks, griddles etc.

Game Changer!
Wow! These pans are amazing. They are such high quality. After using them for over a month for all kinds of dishes I can confidently say they are awesome. The nonstick coating is flawless - nothing has stuck at all. They’re surprisingly light weight and easy to maneuver. They heat quickly and evenly. There’s no defects at all in the craftsmanship. I would definitely purchase Viking products in the future and I think I’ll get a set of these pans for my mom for Christmas!

High quality, high function
I was so excited to receive this set! These pots and pans are amazing. They are such high quality; they both look great and function so well. I love the non stick feature. It makes cooking a breeze, and it has all of the items you need to cook almost any dish.
