Covered with lint, wrinkled and hair all over

Vince crêpe pants are a beautiful design and fit well, but the delivery was horrible. They were covered with lint completely wrinkled up in a ball in a plastic bag and with somebody’s hair all over them unacceptable they should pay for dry cleaning or discount these this was horrible. I would not recommend buying these from Bloomingdale’s.
