Great Serving Platter

I purchased this platter for my neice for her wedding along with the glass and metal salad bowl. This platter is heavy and a good size for serving the main dish for a party of 8 or so adults. It was larger than I expexted. It has an ever so slight hammered finish which adds to a hand tooled look. My neice and her new husband loved the platter.

Nice tray

I really like this tray, but the one I received has scratches on it and looks used. I ordered another and will return this one. Hopefully the replacement will be good. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t scratched.

A functional and beautiful piece

The handles make it much easier to serve and to handle when its too hot or cold, because it really retains temperature. I can serve hot food on it and it will stay hot for a long time. The same goes for cold food. I am astonished that you can cook on it and serve food on it. It's like functional art.

Nambe' handled tray

What a fabulous tray! Besides from looking like a piece of art, it can be frozen, heated in the oven to cook a dish or heated on the stove to melt cheese over a vegetable. It retains the heat or cold so that you food says at the right temperature during dinner. It is does have the downside of needing to be hand washed and you need to remove the foods before 3 hours to keep it from being stained. Putting oil on the tray before using helps it from becoming stained.
