Comparing Calvin Klein socks based on composition

Calvin Klein socks have alway been a 5 star. I have socks that are 78% mercerized, 20% nylon and 2% spandex. They are a 5. I have Calvin Klein socks that at 98% mercerized cotton and 2% lycra/spandex. They are $14 a pair and also a 5. The most recent purchase of Calvin Klein socks are 72% mercerized cotton and 22% nylon. They are thin, short and do not hold their shape after being worn once. I would not buy them again

horrible socks

I have thick calves and these socks have no elasticity they fall down as soon as you put them on and start walking
