Disappointed

I’ve been a Bloomingdales' customer for quite a long time and have always been very satisfied with my purchases from them, that is until now. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Bloomingdales and in the Ralph Lauren, Payton towels I received. I have previously purchased these towels and loved them. The towels from the last purchase are nothing like the original ones. They are much thinner and not the luxurious, plush, thick, spa-like towels advertised and that we expected. Having just remodeled our bathroom, we were excited for the spa worthy towels. In addition, the online description is very misleading, indicating that the towels are made in India which is not the case. I called to return them but missed the deadline and was told that they cannot be returned because I missed the return window even though the product is not as advertised and the add misleading. I am disappointed and feel misled by the towels and more importantly by Bloomingdales.
