Utter beauty and functionality
I am very grateful to the stellar product testing panel for allowing me to test out and keep this beautiful bassinet. It is truly a work of art, but the functionality and technology behind this beauty goes far beyond the aesthetics. Oh how I wish I had this bassinet with my first child! The connectedness of the bassinet to our family phones is amazing. The cry technology almost seems to catch our babies cries before they even begin and I am able to try and soothe from afar via my phone (vibrations, noise, etc). The bassinet was a breeze to set up and quite easy to collapse and move around as well. The footprint is just a tad larger than I would have preferred, but the functionality and pragmatism of the details make up for it! Super easy to spot clean, and my baby truly does seem comfortable in it. I was cognizant of giving this a fair timeline to review, as sometimes I feel just a week or so isn’t enough. I am pleased to say that this is a winner for us in perpetuity. I would highly recommend this luxury, sophisticated bassinet to anyone in the market. Well, worth the price tag, I assure you!

Stylish and functional
This bassinet is both stylish and functional! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet. It was quick and easy to put together and only took me a few minutes. Packaged very well as to avoid damage and even the packing felt premium. The onyx matched our bedroom perfectly and is perfect height for beside our bed as others felt too tall. As you can see in the photos, it is made from premium materials that look and feel good. The mattress is thicker and softer than any other bassinet I have seen or used but still firm for safe sleep. By 2 month old baby seemed to love this and started sleeping through the full night on night 2 and had continued to ever since. Our baby loves to put her face into the side and I feel comfortable that she can still breathe easy with this material. The cry detect has not worked well for us. All but 1 time it said she was hungry. Even if she had just eaten. I guess she just has passionate cries. However I love the music, vibrations, and night lights it has as well as the fact it can attach to either side or be used by itself. The app was a great tool to use to adjust these features as well to not have to be at the bassinet. You can even talk to your baby from another room through the monitor device with the phone app. The one thing I would change about this bassinet is the light levels on the monitor were too bright at night. It would be great to have the option to dim them. We use a red light and the lights were still so bright they were lighting up the room. We just secured a burp cloth over it at night when using the features. Other than that we absolutely love this bassinet and will continue to use until she outgrows it!

Beautiful functional and great for large baby
Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me this bassinet in exchange for my honest review. The design of the bassinet is beautiful, functional and very versatile. My daughter loves to sleep and play in the bassinet and loves the vibration and music. The cry assist has been a very helpful tool to help me understand my daughter’s cries better and I can’t figure out how it’s so accurate and helps me soothe my daughter so much faster by helping me understand her cries!!! The materials are breathable, beautiful and very trendy and I love the way it goes so well with my home decor. I find that usually baby gear looks so ugly in the home and am so pleased by how nice this looks while still being so functional.

Aesthetically pleasing bassinet
I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. First off when I received this product, I thought the set up of building the bassinet was very simple. The design of the bassinet is beautiful. I love how it matches my house. As far as being able to use the app for the cry translation, I was not able to use that app because for some reason, I could never connect the app to the Internet in my house so I wouldn’t be able to give my opinion on that, but I thought the other features like the vibration and the music Were very convenient and I would definitely say that was my favorite feature of the product. The only thing I will say is that I think the bassinet itself is too low. I have it in my living room and when I have to change his pamper, I do have to move him to a different area only because it’s too low and back will start hurting. Other than that, I think the product is amazing again it’s definitely aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable for my baby.

Premium Feeling Bassinet with Premium Features
The Maxi-Cosi Sibia bassinet feels and looks like a premium bassinet. It was incredibly easy to put together; I did it myself in less than five minutes. The height is perfect to be able to bend down and pick up your baby with ease and the wide base makes it incredibly stable. My toddlers love to come and look at baby brother and I don’t have to worry about the bassinet tipping over. The included mattress sheet washes very well, although I do wish it was a bit softer. There are a lot of great features on the Connected Family app. You can control everything that’s on the actual unit like vibration, light, sound, and it has a two way talk feature. I really liked how in the app you can turn on the “child lock” so that little hands can’t mess with the settings on the actual unit. There is a “listen in” feature on the app so you can hear baby from your phone, but it does not play in the background if you have the app closed, so you can’t necessarily use it as an audio monitor without keeping the app open. There’s also an option to set “scenes” and timers so you can really tailor the sound and vibration features for nap and bedtime and then quickly put on the preprogrammed settings. The cry assist technology is something that I have not seen on any other product and I was very excited to try it out. It does take about 20-30 seconds for the cry to translate and there is a five minute “cool down period” after a cry is translated before another cry will be translated. Most of my breastfed baby’s cries translated to “hungry” even after he just ate. It’s not something that I would use on a reliable or consistent basis, but it’s awesome that the technology is there and I can see it being a great support tool for those early days when you are still learning baby’s cries. One of my favorite features, outside of the design and tech, is how well the bassinet folds down for storage. With other bassinets I’ve had, after baby outgrows it, you are left with a large bulky item to store. The Sibia bassinet bed comes off with the push a button and compresses and then the legs, again with just a push of a button, fold flat. This makes it super easy to store for our next baby as everything just fits right back in the box with no other disassembly required. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting me try this out with our newest little addition. It’s become his favorite place to sleep for both naps and bedtime.

Beautiful smart bassinet
Bassinets have come such a long way, and this one is top notch! My favorite feature is the new cry translation technology. This would’ve helped me so much with my first, being a new mom, I just didn’t know how to translate his cries and would often pick him up unnecessarily. Using this with my second has helped tremendously and she sleeps so much better! Iy’s great because when the app tells me it’s a sleepy cry I can then adjust the sound machine and vibration through the app to help her fall asleep on her own. It’s super easy to set up and create accounts in the connected family app. I also really loved the simple and modern design of this bassinet. It matched my other coastal decor so perfectly and has a lightweight and airy look. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet.

Game changing bassinet with smart features
I’ve been using this bassinet for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! First off, the mattress is incredibly comfortable. It’s the perfect level of soft while still providing enough support, which is so important for a newborn. I also love that it meets all the safe sleep guidelines, giving me peace of mind every time I lay my baby down. One of my favorite features is the sound machine and light that are attached to the bassinet. Being able to control both through the app is a game-changer – it’s so convenient when I need to adjust the environment without disturbing my baby. And the CryAssist feature? Honestly, it’s been a lifesaver. Instead of rushing to feed my baby every time they cry, CryAssist helps me understand whether they’re hungry, need a diaper change, or just need some comfort. It’s really helped me feel more confident in my parenting. The only downside for me is that the bassinet is just a little too short for my bed. I had hoped it would sit a bit higher, so it’s a bit of a stretch for me to reach in, especially in the middle of the night. Beautiful but mattress made with toxic materials
Beautiful but the mattress is made out of polyurethane foam and the pad cover recycled plastic :( didn’t realize this until I washed the pad cover today. Plus the pad cover shrunk a little. Would not recommend.
