Bloomingdales CustomerService Nightmare!!!

Never received my coat absolute nightmare dealing with Bloomingdales Customer service. My package was either delivered to the wrong address during LDW or stollen as it was dropped in-front of mailboxes that look similar in every other NYC building. I have called now Bloomingdales multiple times , called UPS but I can’t open investigation because only Bloomingdales can open it! This has turned to complete nightmare for me given that Bloomingdales hasn’t even filled for investigation with UPS it’s now an entire week I’m dealing with Bloomingdales AI phone system , customer service associates that only apologize and emails telling me that they denied my claims while there is no claim with UPS! Seriously Bloomingdales? Get your stores stocked with sizes and don’t make your customers purchase online and then loose packages or return the items . I’m exhausted buying online trying and returning, dealing with incompetent customer service representatives. Supervisors that can’t resolve any issue. This is an expensive item that I refuse to pay for because it wasn’t delivered. It’s not my fault that UPS dropped the box in front of mailboxes instead of my apartment door. Since I can’t open investigation with UPS and you are holding my money I will escalate this matter elsewhere. Enough is enough!
