Arrived damaged

I was really disappointed when I opened the box — sequins were literally falling off as I pulled the dress out, and several of the green “stem” threads weren’t stitched on correctly. I don’t want to blame the brand because the design itself is beautiful, but it genuinely looked like this dress had been worn and returned, and I ended up being the one to deal with the consequences. I was on a tight timeline for my event and had to fix the issues myself just to make it wearable. For the price, I expected much better quality control.
