Bloomingdales quality control is BAD

I didn't write review prior to this but this is JUST SIMPLY BAD ! This is maybe over 10th time at this point I received either used or damaged items or items still with the security tags. Where is quality control ? I can't believe Bloomingdales sent me USED item. You can clearly tell this has been used then sent to me, are you serious? What is the quality control team doing there? You really need to inspect all your items before you ship them to clients. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
