Beautiful but fragile

The bag is beautiful! An iPhone pro max fits just fine. It’s not as small as I thought it would be. The size is perfect. Now why the three stars? The gems fall easily, one of the gems was missing upon arrival :( I’m still keeping it because it’s so cute but I hope no more gems fall.
