Incorrect size sent to me that was 7 sizes to large. Ordered with express shipping and have sent out for a replacement or exchange who knows because their communication is terrible if something goes awry

Gucci Garden Snake ring

The ring is beautiful. It is a heavy silver and extremely detailed. Unfortunately the ring that I received was 4 sizes larger than what I had ordered. The ring arrived in it's Gucci packaging but was tossed into a large shipping carton with one sheet of craft paper for cushioning. There was no protection for the item during shipping. While the item itself is lovely I am extremely disappointed in the packing and the incorrect sizing.

Great Quality, Terrible Shopping Experience

I purchased this ring online along with another. Both Gucci. The other ring came in the plastic, came with a card containing its cereal number and a booklet. This ring however, came missing all of those things. The other ring I ordered came in too small so I returned it and reordered again. This ring came in larger than what I ordered. I wanted it for a middle finger ring and was sent something that is loose on my thumb. The ring itself is great quality. A little bulky and heavy so it being larger just won’t work because of how heavy it is. The weight would make it easy to fall off. It’s clear these are coming from different stores and the clerks aren’t checking sizes before shipping so this will be returned and I likely won’t get the ring because of limited availability. So if you are interested in this ring, I don’t recommend an online purchase .
