Cleans well, but
The mop cleans really well, and I love that it removes the dirty water in a separate container. Overall the maintenance of the mop is a bit much. I spend more time cleaning the trays and the brushes than I do actually moping. The pieces are difficult to get in and out to clean.

Save your money.
I had such high hopes for this product. With a big family and constant mess, it seemed like a good alternative to robo vacs. Anyway I (fortunately) paid half price and so glad I didn’t waste more money on it. While the cleaning function is good and makes mopping significantly easier to do more often, the maintenance of the unit is beyond annoying. I’m so disappointed that Dyson couldn’t come up with a better design. Water tanks: not so bad but the debris tray is awful. It gets stuck, so stuff falls everywhere when you pull it out. It also doesn’t hold much so you need to empty it regularly. Then there’s the cleaning cycle, which seems like it’s great but it’s just more filling and emptying. Worst of all, though, is how wet the machine stays! The rollers stay so damp that it often has a mushy smell when operating. Have to leave all the parts outro dry makes storage just frustrating. Sometimes I think I should have invested in the robots or maybe just go back to the a good old mop and bucket.

Dyson Wash G1
Unlike some upright vacuum/cleaners, this on is easy to maneuver, even with my sore back. Light! cleans good and picks up debris of the hard surface. It is design well and works wonderful, with the current technology. Functionality and Performance are great, very light and fits in tight spots, under some furniture. When leaned down to fit under the chairs, water does not spill. I love it.

Best timesaver
Had this for about 6 months, a fabulous machine the only issue we had was the debris tray kept detaching and leaving a huge mess . Called Dyson and they sent a replacement debris tray within 24 hours, excellent service. Machine is now working properly.

Returned it
There appears to be a major design fault with this thing. It constantly leaked filthy water everywhere. I returned it and bought a new mop and bucket.

Mopping Is Not a Chore Anymore
I’ve been using the Dyson WashG1 for a couple of weeks now, and it has completely changed the way I mop my floors. The design is very ergonomic and easy on the body—it doesn’t strain your back like traditional mopping does, which is a big plus. That said, there are a few downsides. The clean and dirty water tanks need to be filled and emptied quite often, and they feel a bit fragile. I do wonder how well they’ll hold up over time. Cleaning the debris collection underneath is also messy and not very user-friendly. While Dyson’s technology and overall cleaning performance are top-notch, I was surprised to see visible mold or fault lines in some of the plastic parts. For a premium product at this price point, I expected better finishing quality.Overall, it’s a very effective and comfortable floor cleaner, but there’s definitely room for improvement in build quality and maintenance design.

It's okay for may be wooden floor.
I have to send it back, only use for 5 minutes as I have a tiles in the house and when we use leave water marks so have to clean again.
