Broken Wheel After One Flight

I do not recommend these suitcases. The wheel from my brand new Delsey Shadow Expandable broke off after ONE 3 hour flight. The brand will not cover the repairs due to "normal wear and tear". Save your money.

Perfect!

I got this size after realizing my carry-on wouldn't cut it for my trip (I mean, I was planning on shopping!). I used it for our Europe trip, flying from the States to Germany, then taking a bunch of trains through France and Switzerland. It handled everything, even rolling it over cobbled streets, up and down escalators, and across tram rails and curbs! I'm just bummed I got this color 'cause it really shows the scuffs from the airline baggage handlers.It held perfectly my 4 pais of oants, 2 shorts, pj's, undergarments, 5 tops, cardigan, 2 long sleeve tops, 2 shoes, all my toiletries (I pack a lot).

No pockets of any kind

Really missing the pockets I had in my old luggage. No place to store a small, last minute quick entry in the suitcase where it won’t get lost among other things. Wish the wheels navigated bumps in the sidewalk a bit more adeptly. It’s fine.

Perfect Check In 24” Expendable Luggage for a very affordable price. Sturdy exterior, spinner wheels with well designed interior with plenty of room for packing clothes, shoes and accessories. Firm exterior but not too heavy to push or carry. I’ll be using this soon when I travel to LasVegas for 5 days. Highly recommend this product.

Bag cracked after one use

Bag cracked after one flight, not usable anymore. So unfortunate as all our other Delsey luggage has been very durable!

Returning Customer - Disappointed

The carry on was smaller than similar bags and the interior recessed zipper pocket reduces space further. I could not tell that the zipper was recessed from the pictures.
