Scam and only partially refunded

I received this purse via store pick-up. It was handed to me in a shipping box and you could hear the heavy chain strap hitting the sides of the box before it was opened. The item had no tag (there was a “reticket” tag in the pocket), no dust bag, and was thrown in a box with no padding or cushion. The condition was unacceptable. I reached out to online support, since I ordered it online, to at least asked them to send a dust bag since they couldn’t replace the bag. I was told my only option was to drive an hour back to the store to “see” if they could help me. I did, and they could not. They also reduced my refund my $50. By ordering this bag, I spent 4 hours driving (1 hour each way, 2 trips) and lost $50.
