Terrible

Garbage mascara it stays on your eyelashes only 2 hrs and then starts to crumble and fall off, horrible product

Bad

It's so clumpy. The brush is not soft, more like a plastic and it's hard to get rid of excess of mascara. Lashes stick together and the second layer makes it worse. I didn't expect it from Chanel. Never again.

Flaky and damages lashes

I typically use the classic Le Volume and wanted to try this new one. At first, I was amazed by how huge and striking my lashes looked. But, after using this for several days, I noticed that it tends to get very flaky after normal wear. It also can come off very easily if you touch your lashes which not only causes flaking but after using this for a few days, caused my eye lashes to fall out. I was sad to return since it made my lashes look awesome, but not worth the flaking and damage to my lashes.

Gives you long, lush lashes that gives that false eyelashes effect!

Best mascara yet!

This is my all time favorite mascara! No clumping or flaking. It really accentuates length and volume of my natural lashes, applies smoothly.
