Sizing is way off

I have been "stalking" this dress for months, just waiting for a great sale. I was so pleased to snag one of the last ones before being totally out of stock at Bloomingdales. What a disappointment when I finally received the dress. It is extremely oversized. Such a shame. I love Farm Rio, but this dress looked like a housecoat on and when belted, there was too much material to make it look right. Sadly, I'll be returning it.
