Pretty Clutch Poor Construction

The bag is absolutely beautiful and looks elegant in person. The beading and overall design are gorgeous, which is why I ordered it. Unfortunately, the quality and functionality did not match the appearance. The opening and closing mechanism is very rough, difficult to use, and my bag would not even close completely. For an evening clutch, the closure should work smoothly and securely. I was disappointed because it had so much potential, but I ultimately had to return it due to the poor design and construction.

Great purse. Need security apparatus removed at s

I do love it but when I went to put it on the paint security lock was still on it. I guess we all need to get better, seller and buyer, about removing them before the customer leaves the store. Thankfully, I was still able to use it for the event but could not use the chain strap and wore it as a clutch. I guess I need to take it back in one day and get it taken care of.
