Making nap and bedtime vibey

I like the sound and light machine a lot! I like the selection of sounds and light hues and the controls are easy to use. It was a little annoying to set up when traveling, as you have to connect to WiFi and use the app on your phone. It would be great if you could also just turn it on when you’re on the go and not worry about it connecting.

Do not buy

Will not connect to WiFi, no light works without connecting to the app/wifi. Also you have to download a separate app to use it. If you have to have a separate app I suggest a different product. If you are used to the hatch product this will be disappointing.

Needs work

It blows my mind that this light can essentially only be controlled through the app—and even more so that it requires a separate app from the camera. Why aren’t these integrated? The company’s apps already have frustrating connection issues, and the fact that I have to switch my phone from a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection to 2. 4GHz just to open the app and control the light is a terrible user experience. We received the light for free as part of a bundle, but we won’t be using it. It’s simply not worth the hassle.

Why do I keep trying? Save your money

I have never and I mean NEVER been able to get my sound and light to work. Having to jump through so many hoops for it to not work is my definition of insanity. I connected with the help email for it to help NOTHING! I still can't fraking connect. As a tired and overwhelmed mother of two, would not recommend. Save your money and peace. . . with what peace you can have with little ones.

Nanit does things for no reason. Adjust the volume? Light comes back on.
