Reiss online order

I received my online order today (12/24/25) & to my disappointment we sent the WRONG ITEM (not the hoodie I ordered but a 1/4 zip mock collar sweater). Not only was it the wrong item, but it WAS USED WITH NO TAGS & SOMETHING STICKY ON THE SLEEVE!!!
