No JM box with order

Ordered bottle of body wash and it was wrapped in white tissue paper with no JM box. Pretty sure department stores are supposed to include the item in black tissue paper and the JM box. This was a gift for the holidays so I was disappointed that it wasn’t packed correctly prior to shipping.
