Product is fine, delivery is a nightmare!

The product is fine, it is soft on my hands, it cleanses without harming my skin such as the products I use in the warmer weather, does in cold weather. However, the shipping was not fine! It was left to the USPS to deliver it, and they threw it on my porch destroying the carton and at least 2 of the products inside! I will not allow this to happen again by ordering directly from the company, which uses UPS to deliver it door to door. It made a mess on my porch, on my floor when I carried it in and saw the damage, and to my pants which now have to be dry cleaned. There is simply no excuse for this delivery mess.
