I bought this pillow a week ago and I have not slept better in years! The sales associate that I worked with went through all the options for firmness and k decided on the correct loft and proper support for my head neck. Also appreciate that the associate brought up any allergies I might have to down. Really excellent purchase. Thank you!

Medium pillow was too high. Exchanged fo a soft which I have used for 25 years. The Flair pillows are excellent. Customer service was very helpful.

I don’t know why my review won’t post, but this is definitely not medium density it’s very flat and should be considered light density. I had one from 4 years ago that is very full. They literally reduced the fill in half. will be returning
