    Use the tip of the liner to trace the upper lashline, from the inner corner of the eye outward. Extend the line toward the tip of the brow to create a cat eye. For a more intense look, lay the brush flat against the lashline to draw a thicker line.

Great eyeliner colors

Love the choice of colors with this eyeliner. That's the reason I bought it, unique color. The tub is quite small for the price and the applicator is good but not great.
