Nice Product but Crazy Price!

I bought this product recently, and I really love it as a lip gloss. The formula is thick and substantial but still thin enough to spread on your lips. There is a beautiful sheen running through the formula, and I like the doe-foot applicator. My lips feel really nourished after using this. However, I can't get over how expensive it is, nearly £50?!
