Poor zipper quality, they do not last

Zipper handles came apart and they came off on the second trip. Used an aftermarket handle afterwards but then the base broke two years later during a flight. The zipper mechanism is a very soft metal and is not up to the task IMHO. Everything else about the suitcase is great. Unfortunately, broken zippers kind of ruin the suitcase. If they had used good quality zippers I would have given it five stars.

Insignia carry-on spinner

Would like more room in middle pocket—more evenly divided with bottom area. Zippers work easily. Handle frequently does not latch. Wheels easily which was one of parameters.
