Damaged

I was really excited about this parfum to try. However it came damaged, and I couldn't get a replacement since it was out of stock. The customer service that I got when I claimed the package was not at the level that it should be. I was offered ridiculous discounts if I wanted to keep the part that was not damaged. Really disappointed!
