Designed for culinary enthusiasts, these knives are perfectly balanced and feel substantial in the hand, combining aesthetics with cutting-edge functionality. Drawing on WÜSTHOF's 200 years of knife-making experience, each blade is precision honed from a single piece of WÜSTHOF steel, ensuring a 20% sharper blade with twice the edge retention. The state-of-the-art double bolster design ensures ultimate stability and easy handling, while the half bolster allows for sharpening the entire blade length. The durable POM handles offer lasting durability and comfort with a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration, while the timeless three-rivet design adds a touch of sophistication to any kitchen. Love these knives!

I am so happy with the Classic Ikon set. The ergonomic design and weight is perfect for me and I love the look of the block itself. It was important to me having a good set of knives, so I saved to make this happen. I am so glad I did. I am proud to say I have WÜSTHOF knives and plan to gift myself the remaining knives down the line.

What a difference, these knives make!

These knives are beautiful, feel great in my hand, and cut like no knife I have ever used before. I did a lot of research, comparing a lot of different knives, and I agonized a bit about the wisdom of spending so much money on a knife set, but I’m SO glad I did. I grill a lot of fresh salmon, and I’ve always had trouble cutting through the skin, the freshly honed knife. With these knives, that tough salmon skin cuts like butter.
