Wolf Elite Countertop Oven
This oven is a very good addition to my kitchen. It’s a great second oven and I use it for toasting bagels & toast as well as baking/roasting smaller quantities of meats and veggies. Great for singles or couples and saves energy as well.

Do not trust Bloomingdale's delivery promise!
Due to this purchase, Bloomingdale's lost my confidence and trust as an upscale department store. On the 26th of December, persuaded by the saleswoman I purchased this convection oven, , as a countertop toaster oven at the Westfield Century City Mall. I intended to use it during the holidays and was promised for a same-day delivery, if not, the nextday delivery for sure. However, it was not delivered until the 30th, during which time I repeatedly tried to call the store several times every day without success because they simply did not answer the phone. The HQ customer service was not provide me of any help either because they did not know where the merchandise was saying that the store has a separate delivery system. So on the 30th I decided to visit the store to expedite the delivery. I talked with the floor sales manager, who after thirty minute search could not tell where the merchandise was and told me need to investigate further. At that point, I decided to leave the store and asked the manager to call me back when she locate it. After about one hour she called me and promised me that it will be delivered TOMORROW, the 31st. But again, it was not delivered until the 2nd of January 2025, devastating my plan to use the oven for the holidays!

A TRUE Oven for the Countertop. Almost perfect.
My family has used Breville toaster ovens for the past decade this Wolf Toaster Oven is next level. It really feels like a traditional oven. We finally switched because we have to buy a new Breville every year or two. They just don't last that long with every day use. My only complaint about the Wolf is that the timer doesn't shut off the oven. You have to manually shut off the oven after every use except for toast. Again it acts like a normal oven, but I wish it would work with the timer function and shutoff when the timer goes off.

May replace your wall oven for many tasks.
The Wolf oven is powerful and well made. It feels even more substantial than the 15 year old Dualit it replaced. The knobs give a good feel, and the accessories are nice. We received two extra sets of knobs if you want to match your kitchen decor. Interior finish is very nice, we'll see if it lasts. It's early days for us with this unit and the control functions take a bit of a learning curve. Have yet to use the temp probe, sticking with my Thermapen. Initially I thought the unit took a long time to reach temperature, but if that was an issue, it seems to have passed. The unit displays the exact temperature periodically as it preheats, something our Bosch wall oven doesn't do. It is not what you want to use to make a piece of toast. Roast a cauliflower, sure. The only down side is the size. It takes up a lot of counter real estate. You might want to put it on a cart. It will enhance the visual appeal of your kitchen. If we downsize and wind up with a smaller kitchen, it might have to go. That would be a shame.
