A Stepsister Blouse

The material in this does not get along with my sin. I have another Whistles blouse made of cotton, same style, that is just great. However the white Pilgrim blouse makes my skin itch. I will wash it and take it to a dry cleaner. For the price I paid my skin should feel lovely and it is itching instead.
