Too good to be true

I have been looking for a cashmere (or cashmere wool blend) 3/4 sleeve black turtleneck sweater and was excited to see this as a Vince product and could not believe it was on sale. Yet this is surprisingly false advertising- the sweater is NOT cashmere and even looks cheap. Very disappointed and will be returning. Has Vince quality gone down?? Surprise that Bloomingdale's allows this to be advertised as a "cashmere" sweater.

NOT Cashmere

NOT cashmere As advertised. Not even 2% cashmere I ordered this because I was looking for a cashmere sweater and when I received it, I looked at the label and it is not made of cashmere so I returned , otherwise lovely sweater
