No service at all.
The silverware is fine, so far, since several reviews said it rusted. Most of my complaints are related to service. I ordered 7 place settings through The Knot, which referred me to Bloomingdale’s, though apparently not to the wedding gift registry. The first person I spoke with put in an order for 1 place setting rather than 7. I then spoke with customer service. That person reversed the order and ordered 7 settings. However, there was no way to put in a card with the gift or, apparently, to get it gift wrapped. All was befuddlement. What is more, although this person had the information, so that it could be have been sent to the bride and groom, it was sent to me in a brown carton, unwrapped, and the boxes that held the place settings were battered and taped. Three of them had cuts in them. The place settings themselves have yet to be examined but, I’m sure that you will understand, that I am crossing my fingers. I called again, speaking first to a service rep and then to a supervisor. I was told I could return them for a credit and reorder them, which meant that my credit card would be charged twice until credited by Bloomingdale’s and I had no guarantee that they would arrive in time for my granddaughter-in-law’s wedding shower. I provided most of the information to do that but, at the last minute, changed my mind. The entire experience had been so bad that I was afraid to risk things going wrong again. In all of my years of shopping at Bloomingdales, I have never had an experience that was even close to this one in stress and aggravation.

Look great after 1 year of use. Purchased 8 sets Dec 2021. I think this set is perfect intersection of style and utility.

sleek and modern
I’ve been using the same clunky outdated flatware for over 30 years so it was time for an upgrade. I’m very pleased with this set. the teaspoon is small but I only use that size for stirring coffee/tea, so it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I’m very happy!
