LOVE My 3PLY Viking Contemporary Cookware Set!

I absolutely LOVE my newly purchased Contemporary Viking set. Chosen for their "HIGH SIDES" of their sauce pans, their weight is just right and the feel of the pan handle is just right as well. What's even MORE Brilliant?! It seems so simple but adding the "Measurements" INSIDE the pans to indicate how much liquid or food itself is inside my Dutch Oven is fabulous. I had the exact and 'correct' amount of water for boiling my pasta dish. I was preparing. Something you don't have to think about, except to follow the recipe. The heat of the pans was even throughout their cooking use and worked wonderfully on my newly installed Induction Stove-top!

Could not be happier

Solid set for daily use. Have had no issues with food sticking by simply adding a small amount of olive oil prior to heating. Heat dispersion across the entire pan is excellent. Definitely need to reduce heat compared to the prior set of pans I was using. I can see these lasting a lifetime. Shipping was fast and packaging was well thought out and protected everything from potential shipping damage.
