What It Is

A mini lipstick that delivers striking color to your lips in one stroke.

  • What It Does

    Choose your lipstick makeup look: creamy satin or non-drying, soft matte. The satin lipstick finish features a new patented technology, that provides intense color pay-off in one stroke, with a lightweight makeup feel. The matte lipstick finish is highly pigmented, long-lasting, and formulated with moisturizing oils to provide an ultra-comfortable, non-drying feel.

    All colors are infused with signature Roma-Light ComplexTM, crafted with light-reflecting, color boosting pearls, for more vivid, highly pigmented color.

  • How To Use It

    1. Subtle Lips: To create a rosebud effect, apply color to only the center of lips, top and bottom. Use fingertip to gently blend the color outward towards the edges, keeping the intensity in the center.
    2. Signature Lips: For precise intense color use the back edge of the V bullet as a lip liner to trace the upper lip, starting at the cupid's bow and moving outward towards the corners before filling in the entire lip with color.
    3. Statement Lips: After creating a signature lip, apply Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter with fingertip to the lips, pressing on top of the Rosso Valentino Lipstick.

Love mini-sizes!

This is great. It's a fun color, feels superb and has staying power. All a girl can ask for. More vitally, and why I chose this one specifically, is that I don't always carry a purse. This is small enough for my pockets. LOVE the mini-sizes for that reason alone.
