I ordered new shoes and got used ones

I ordered to have them shipped to the store and I was so glad I did. I opened them right there in front of the sales person and they had been worn. There was no dust bag in the box. I was very disappointed considering how much they were. Even the sales person was surprised and apologized.

Runs large

I am usually an 8/38 in Valentino. These ran large on me…tried on elsewhere and could have used a 37.5 or even a 37. I also felt the top edge of the strap on my foot when I walked and wondered if it would break in or be uncomfortably sore. Had to return. They are beautiful tho!
