Very disappointed
They're very pretty, but I'm very dissatisfied with the warranty service. A thread came loose on the top of my daughter's boots near the zipper, and they just said that wasn't covered under warranty. So if that's not covered, I don't know what they'll cover then. Then they told me they couldn't be exchanged, but they gave me a coupon for another pair—a huge 15% off coupon that doesn't work. It's a shame my kids like this; otherwise, I wouldn't buy from them again. And they really are in good condition; it's just that the stitching has been coming undone more and more.

Love the color
I love these boots! They are comfy, warm, and the color pops. I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. This is my first ever pair of uggs and I don't regret it at all. I typically wear a size 7.5 in women's and the size 6 fit me perfectly with just a slight amount of room for comfort.

The fit is off and they came with a scuff mark on them
I really was underwhelmed. Being a customer for over ten years and spending thousands of dollars with Ugg, I was disappointed with this purchase and will be returning when I have the time to ship them off. They look weird and they were slightly damaged.
