What It Is

An intensely pigmented, waterproof gel liner in convenient pencil form. A waterproof gel formula with pigment rich color.

    Smoothly glides on with even, rich, pure definition that will stay put from application to removal.

  • How To Use It

    To achieve an invisible liner look, lift your eyelid and, holding the pencil upright underneath the upper lashes, press and wiggle the liner in between each lash along the lash line. For more intense definition, start at the innermost lash and glide the tip of the pencil along the lash line. For a smokey look, diffuse the line with the built-in smudger.

Great eyeliner. Will buy online from now on

Have been using this eyeliner for years and recently purchased and there was tissue paper in the bottom of the box instead of the sharpener. Great eyeliner. Didn’t realize I had to double check products at checkout to ensure everything is there.

Beautiful dark blue color liner

This is the best dark blue color liner. I have at least 20 different ones and I always come back to this one. It has a brighter navy shade and makes the eyes pop. It’s soft to apply. I received a lot of complements when I used it.

This Trish McEvoy pencil is the only eye pencil that that goes on as if it was liquid eyeliner. It stays on and is very dark the way I like it
