Returned due to poor quality

I was really excited to order this bag, but unfortunately had to return it because it looked cheap and had poor quality. The design on the strap was worn in many places and it was not worth the money I paid for it.

Blanc Color not as expected compared to picture

Very nice bag, love the strap but pay attention to the color (depending on what you are looking for). The pictures looks like the color is "off white" but its a very stark white patent leather, the TB emblem looks leather, but its shiny silver.
