boxy and loose sleeves

Compared to my 4 year old Thermoball, this redesign is very boxy and the sleeves near the upper arms are loose. The jacket makes me look much larger than I am, despite the jacket being the same size as my older one. Otherwise, the material seemed good still. But in the end, I decided to return it.

Way too big!

I have owned The North Face jackets for years, I was so disappointed with this one. I wear a pan xl size and this one was so gigantic I had to return it. Which is too bad because I loved the color.

North Face Women's Thermoball Zip-Front Jacket

I have a similar jacket that is about 10 years old. It's a medium weight perfect for most winter weather. Hope this one wears as well.
