Not 100 percent cotton

Ordered size 8 and it was too small. I would've gladly ordered size 10 but the description on the web site said it was 100 percent cotton which is not accurate because the lining was 100 percent polyester. It's frustrating when a designer makes the exterior of the dress cotton but not the lining and even more annoying is Macy not putting the accurate description of the material. I'm 5'2", 136 lbs. and the length was good.
