Straw defective

I wanted to love it I have other bottles by this brand, but the metal straw does not stay attach. every time I went to drink I couldn’t. I would have to open the bottle reattach the straw and drink or just drink from the rim. That was the first day, I immediately returned it. If they improve the straw attachment I would rebuy.
